MVDSI Researcher Accepted for JICA Training Programme in Japan
We are pleased to announce that Albinota Nuredini, Research Support Specialist at the Max van der Stoel Institute (MVDSI), South East European University (SEEU), has been officially accepted to participate in the JICA Knowledge Co-Creation Program “Capacity Development towards Air Quality Management” in Japan.
The programme, organized by the Jica Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), will take place from 18 November to 16 December 2026 at the JICA Yokohama Center. The training focuses on strengthening capacities in air quality management, an area closely aligned with MVDSI’s work within the Environment and Health Group and its ongoing research on air pollution, environmental sustainability, and public health.
Participating in the programme offers an opportunity for international knowledge exchange, professional capacity development, and sharing relevant practices and experience from Japan with the local and regional context. We congratulate our colleague on her selection and look forward to the knowledge and experience that will be brought back and shared within MVDSI, SEEU, and the wider research community.
