    Transforming Campus-Based Climate Action Plan into Citywide Environmental Resilience: Initiatives for a Smart City in Tetovo, North Macedonia

    This study explores how SEEU’s Climate Action Plan and Air Quality Monitoring Project can support the transition from campus-based sustainability initiatives to citywide environmental resilience. Using a Triple Helix approach, it highlights the role of collaboration between academia, government, and industry in strengthening urban environmental governance and supporting the development of a smart and sustainable Tetovo.
