XR project aims to revolutionize emergency management by integrating Extended Reality (XR) with the Next-Generation Incident Command Systems (NICS), enhancing situational awareness and decisionmaking. This initiative will develop an XR platform for real-time, 3D visualization of incidents, improving virtual collaboration among first responders. Utilizing IoT for data collection and ML for communication analysis, including NLP, the project will transform NICS’s incident maps into dynamic, interactive 3D models, ensuring rapid, informed decision-making.
