About Me
Vlera Ismaili holds a Master of Science in Air Pollution Management and Control from the University of Birmingham, UK, where she was awarded a full scholarship from the Clean Air Fund UK. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with high honors.
Currently, she is a Research Assistant at the Max van der Stoel Institute (MVDSI), contributing to research projects within the Distributed Systems & Data Science group, with a focus on environmental sustainability and data science to address regional challenges.
Her master’s dissertation, titled “Air Quality Analysis and Prediction Using Machine Learning: A Case Study of Tetovo”, highlights the application of computational techniques to air pollution issues.
