SEEU Hosts Internal Communication Training for the ChallengeEU Project
Strengthening Communication and Collaboration: South East European University (SEEU) ChallengeEU Hosts Internal Training
On 2nd July, the SEEU ChallengeEU Working Package 6 team delivered an internal training session on “Internal Communication Tools and Effective Collaboration.” The session was led by Edlira Palloshi Disha, a communication specialist and researcher at the Max van der Stoel Institute (MVDSI), who guided participants through key concepts and tools for effective communication. Nerodia Selimi, drawing on her experience from the PR Office, contributed valuable insights to the discussion by sharing best practices.
The session brought together colleagues from all SEEU ChallengeEU work packages to explore new approaches to strengthening collaboration and enhancing internal communication. Participants included colleagues from the International Relations Office, Career Center, Pro-Rector for Digitalization, Business Innovation Center, MVDSI’s Project Coordination Unit, and deans, as well as other academic staff and offices across the university.
One of the key aims was to establish a more standardized approach to communication across the project, ensuring everyone is on the same page moving forward. Participants engaged in lively discussions on best practices to enhance project coordination and information sharing, laying the groundwork for more effective teamwork ahead.
Many thanks to everyone who took part and contributed their ideas and energy. Together, we’re building a stronger, more connected ChallengeEU community! More: https://challenge-eu.eu/
